Ugrinsky Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT).

You need a couple of small bearings: D = 5mm, d = 2mm

Insert a small piece of standard 1.75mm filament at the top and the bottom to keep turbine at place. So you will be able to remove easily turbine from holder. To make big designs more stable it's better to pull filament throughout (from the top to the bottom) and fix it with glue or melting.
